VisionTEK Appoints Peter A. Michel, Security Industry Expert, to Board Chairman Superior, CO, 1/30/03 - VisionTEK, Inc., one of the leading providers of mobile data software for public safety agencies, announced today the appointment of Peter A. Michel to Board Chairman. Michel, former Chief Executive Officer of Brink’s Home Security and Chairman of the Security Industry Association’s Homeland Security Advisory Council, brings an extensive background in security and public safety that will help take the company to a new level of performance.

In addition to his tenure at Brink’s, Michel’s prior experience includes several years as CEO of Penn Central Technical Security Company, an anti-terrorism services company, duty as a seagoing naval officer during the Vietnam War, and service as a domestic policy advisor in the White House.
